Her diverse roles—including Provost and VP of Academic Affairs, Learning and Development Specialist, Psychotherapist, and Certified Coach—reflect her commitment to creating inclusive environments where everyone feels a sense of belonging.
As the Co-Founder of the SCORES™ model, Gina utilizes this cutting-edge approach in her private coaching practice and provides training to other professionals on its use. Holding doctorates in Clinical Psychotherapy and Multicultural Education, she is adept at guiding clients and students to unlock their potential, overcome obstacles, and build lasting resilience.

Jamie Rapkiewcz, Director of Educational Strategy
Jamie is a master teacher renowned for her ability to inspire and engage students by identifying their uncertainties and encouraging them to explore their curiosities. She excels in mentoring educators in establishing safe spaces for all learners, focused on identifying their unique strengths and helping them learn to apply them to help students thrive. With a Master's Degree in Multicultural Bilingual Education, Jamie is focused on culturally responsive teaching practices and is deeply invested in the student experience. She is a seasoned curriculum writer, ASTA Teacher Ambassador, and trained in AVID strategies and Positive Classroom Discipline. She was an ASU STEM Fellow, teacher trainer, and dedicated coach. She also has experience as a district-level Elementary Science Specialist for Mesa Public Schools. Her linguistic skills in English, Portuguese, and Spanish further enrich her educational impact.

Kevin Randall, Director of Development
With nearly two decades of therapy practice, Kevin is a licensed marriage and family therapist who brings extensive experience to the team. He has worked in various settings, including community mental health clinics, residential treatment centers, and has provided in-home family work. Kevin is a co-founder of Alignment and Attunement Therapy™ and has a passion for serving families. His training includes DBT, CBT, Functional Family Therapy, EMDR, and advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy. He works supporting families at the Family Intensive Institute and maintains a private therapy practice in Texas, and a virtual coaching practice serving clients across the United States.

Nikki Garza, Director of Community Engagement
Nikki is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in mental health treatment and support. Throughout her career, she has provided treatment for adults facing mental illness, managed an intensive outpatient program for adults with drug and alcohol issues, and served as clinical director for a residential treatment center for adolescent girls. As the co-founder of Alignment and Attunement Therapy™, Nikki believes people heal in relationships and through experiences, and therefore is dedicated to the compassionate care of individuals and families. Nikki holds a Master's degree in Social Work and maintains a private therapy and coaching practice.
