• R-Restoration:   Those educators modeling restorative behaviors cultivate an environment of respect and empathy, creating a framework for resolving conflicts and repairing relationships in the classroom. This strategy equips students with essential skills for constructive disagreement and learning from mistakes, fostering fresh starts and stronger connections that improve the educational experience. 

• E-Engagement: This area targets student engagement by focusing on strategies tailored to build skills connected to educational standards, aligned to interests and developmental abilities, that foster a collaborative and enriching learning atmosphere. It seeks to instill a sense of responsibility in students, increase knowledge retention, and ignite a passion for discovery.  

• S-Self-Awareness: This area is the key to unlocking inner strengths, fostering resilience, and nurturing self-worth.
